Phil Mickelson Masters | 2004 Final Round Full Replay of Win
The final round of the 2004 Masters came down to a very entertaining battle between Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els. Mickelson and Chirs DiMarco began the day tied for first at -6 with Els three strokes behind. But Els turned in a 67 on the day, including two eagles on holes 8 and 13, to put him in great position to force a playoff with Mickelson. That would have happened too, if Phil didn't conclude his day by sinking a brilliant 18-foot putt on hole 18 for the birdie and the green jacket victory, the first of his career. K.J. Choi came in 3rd with a 69 on the day, -6 overall.
