Vijay Singh PGA Championship Win | 2004 Tournament Highlights

The 86th edition of the PGA Championship was held for the first time at the Straits Course of the Whistling Straits complex in Haven, Wisconsin and was won for the second time by Vijay Singh with a -8 under par, after he won a three-hole aggregate playoff between Chirs DiMarco and Justin Leonard. Singh had previously won this major in 1998. The playoff occurred on holes 10, 17 and 18. Singh's birdie on hole 10 proved to be the difference maker as the other two parred and all three golfers parred on 17. Only Singh finished hole 18, with a par, and he earned his third major title career win. Ernie Els and Chris Riley tied for 4th at -7.
