The 94th edition of the PGA Championship was held for the first time at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah in Kiawah Island, South Carolina and was won in impressive fashion by Rory McIIroy with a -13 under par. Rory turned in a 67, 75, 67 and a final round 66, that included 6 birdies and zero bogeys. McIIroy won the tournament by 8 strokes, the most of any PGA Championship. He also became the sixth-youngest player to win two majors at 23 years and 3 months old. David Lynn finished 2nd at -5 and there was a 4-way tie for 3rd place between Keegan Bradley, Carl Pettersson, Ian Poulter and Justin Rose at -4.
